Terms and Conditions of Sale

 Jurisdiction: These terms apply worldwide and are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

 1. Scope of Terms

 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales of medical devices and related products (“Products”) by Epidermlux Limited to customers globally. By placing an order, the buyer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms, without limitation or qualification.

 2. Medical Use Disclaimer

 All Products are intended strictly for professional use by licensed healthcare practitioners. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure regulatory compliance within their local jurisdiction.

 3. Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable Policy

 Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of medical devices:

• All sales are final.

• No returns will be accepted under any circumstance, including, but not limited to unused or unopened items.

• No exchanges are permitted once a transaction has been completed.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, except in the case of a verifiable defect as outlined in Section 4.

 This policy is in full compliance with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express standards for non-returnable medical products and clearly disclosed at the point of sale.

 4. Damaged or Defective Products

 In the rare event a Product is received in a damaged or defective condition:

• The Customer must notify Two Face Aesthetics Limited within 24 hours of delivery, with photo evidence and full batch details.

• Verified manufacturing defects will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

• We reserve the right to offer a replacement at our discretion, but this does not constitute an ongoing right to returns or refunds.

 5. Chargeback Protection & Disclosure

 By accepting these Terms, the Customer agrees that:

• The “no returns, no exchanges, no refunds” policy was clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

• Any attempt to dispute a charge on the basis of returnability or dissatisfaction violates card network rules when such terms are properly disclosed.

• In the event of a chargeback, all records (including signed order confirmation, proof of delivery, and these Terms) will be submitted to the issuing bank to demonstrate compliance.

 6. Shipping, Delivery and Non-Receipt

• Two Face Aesthetics Limited ships worldwide. All shipping terms are DPD unless otherwise agreed.

• Risk of loss and responsibility for the order transfers to the Customer at the point of dispatch or handover to the carrier.

• Failure to receive, sign for, or collect the delivery (including refused deliveries or customs holds) will not entitle the Customer to a refund or reshipment.

• It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address, be available to receive the shipment, and ensure compliance with any local import/customs procedures.

 7. Regulatory Compliance

 The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the products are legally importable, registrable, or usable in their country. Two Face Aesthetics Limited assumes no responsibility for local regulatory compliance.

 8. Limitation of Liability

 Two Face Aesthetics Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the products, including any off-label or non-regulatory approved use.

 9. Dispute Resolution

 All disputes will be resolved by arbitration or court proceedings in the United Kingdom. The Customer agrees to waive any rights to class action proceedings.

 10. Modification of Terms

 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.

 11. Product Authenticity and Regulatory Compliance

 Epidermlux Limited guarantees that all Products sold are authentic, licensed medical products sourced directly from approved UK pharmaceutical supply chains.

• All warehousing, handling, and logistics follow Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards in accordance with UK and EU regulatory requirements.

• Where required, products are shipped under cold chain protocols, ensuring temperature control is maintained from storage through to final delivery.

• Products are supplied in original manufacturer packaging with full batch traceability, expiry dates, and tamper-evident seals where applicable.

• Any concerns regarding authenticity or product integrity must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt, along with supporting evidence.

• We do not accept responsibility for issues arising from improper storage, unauthorized resale, or handling by the Customer after delivery.

 12. Order Cancellations

• Orders may not be cancelled once payment has been received and processing has begun.

• In limited cases, and solely at our discretion, a cancellation request prior to dispatch may be considered.

• If a cancellation is accepted, a restocking or administrative fee of 15% may apply.

• Once an order has shipped or been handed to the courier, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to admin@epidermlux.com. Cancellations are not valid unless acknowledged in writing by Epidermlux Limited.

 13. Acknowledgment

 By completing a transaction, the Customer acknowledges and accepts:

• They are authorized to purchase and use the Products in a lawful manner.

• These Terms were made available prior to checkout or invoice confirmation.

• The no return, refund, or exchange policy including no refund for failure to collect or accept delivery has been clearly disclosed and accepted.
