    1. This notice sets out our privacy policy. By visiting www.EpiDermLux.com, you are deemed to accept the practices set out in this privacy notice. When you pass on personal information to us there is an implication that you have given your consent to us storing and utilising the information for the intended purpose as stated in this privacy policy. This notice sets out the conditions under which we may process any information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us. It covers information that could identify you (“personal information”) and information that could not. In the context of the law and this notice, “process” means collect, store, transfer, use or otherwise act on information.
    2. We regret that if there are one or more points below with which you are not happy, your only recourse is to leave our website immediately.

    Right to be forgotten: If you would like to discontinue EpiDermLux as a patient you can email us and
    we will suspend your account. Your account will become inactive with immediate effect and you will not be able to access your
    account. This action cannot be undone. You acknowledge and agree that Two Face Aesthetics is required by law to archive electronic
    patient records including your personal information, communication and treatments for a minimum of 10 years.

    Right to stop receiving marketing information: You can ask us to stop sending you information about our
    services, but please note we shall continue to contact you in relation to any matters relating to your account, if you have one.

    THE BASES ON WHICH WE PROCESS INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

    The law requires us to determine under which of six defined bases we process different categories of your personal information, and to notify you of the basis for each category.

    If a basis on which we process your personal information is no longer relevant, then we shall immediately stop processing your data.

    If the basis changes then if required by law, we shall notify you of the change and of any new basis under which we have determined that we can continue to process your information.

    •  Usage Data includes information about how you use our website such as information about your visit to our website,
      including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to and through, pages you viewed or searches you made, page
      response times, download errors, length of visit, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs),

    We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. Please do not provide personal data to us unless you are at least
    18 years old.

    As we are unable to verify the identity of an individual or obtain patient consent for treatment or data processing,
    please do not provide to us information about other people.

    We may monitor and record communications with you such as telephone conversations and emails for the purpose of training,
    quality assurance, fraud prevention and compliance.

    Information you voluntarily provide

    You may provide information to us in a number of ways, including the following:

      • You access and interact with our website or with us by telephone, including by filling in forms and medical questionnaires;

      • You purchase products on our website;
      • You apply to work with us as an employee or a consultant;

    Our website is a publishing medium, anyone may register.

    is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store
    your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

    For the avoidance of doubt, we may use anonymous data, such as usage data for research or statistical purposes indefinitely
    without further notice to you.

    Except as otherwise mentioned in this privacy notice, we keep your personal information only for as long as required by us:

    26.1.  to provide you with the services you have requested;

    26.2.  to comply with other law, including for the period demanded by our tax authorities;

    26.3.  to support a claim or defence in court.
